FALL FESTIVAL

Dear Vendor,

We are excited to present the 29th Annual Long Island Fall Festival (LIFF) at beautiful Heckscher Park in Huntington, NY. This Festival attracts tens of thousands of attendees per day from all over the tristate area. Enclosed is the vendor contract to apply for participation in the LIFF. Street vendors participate on Saturday & Sunday, October 7 and 8, from 11am-6pm each day. All spaces inside the park require the 3-day contract (Saturday-Sunday-Monday).

If you want to take part in this event, please return the completed application promptly. Vendors will be accepted & placed in the LIFF on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note there is special early bird pricing for all registrations paid in full prior to September 1, 2023. Applications will NOT be accepted without full payment & there is no guarantee of same spot for return vendors as locations are at the sole discretion of the LIFF Committee. Vendor placement will be prioritized in accordance with the date we receive applications and full payment.

Payment can be made by check payable to: Huntington Chamber of Commerce or by Credit Card by calling the Chamber at 631-423-6100. The Chamber does not pro-rate days. There is a $25 charge for any returned checks & the policy is no refunds or cancellations.

If you are an established business entity, you must submit certificates of insurance covering this event (Long Island Fall Festival October 6-9, 2023) & naming on separate certificates the following entities as additional insureds & certificate holders:

Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce, 164 Main Street, Huntington, NY 11743

FESTIVAL FACTS:

STREET VENDORS: Saturday, Oct. 7 & Sunday, Oct. 8 from 11am–6pm
Streets close to vehicular traffic at 10am each day, so any vendor arriving after 10am will not be permitted to drive into festival area
All materials must be removed from street space by 6pm each night as streets re-open to vehicular traffic at 7pm on Saturday & Sunday night
PARK VENDORS: Saturday, Oct. 7 & Sunday, Oct. 8 from 11am–10pm (must purchase electricity & provide lighting if open after 6pm) Monday, Oct. 9 from 11am – 5pm. All exhibits inside Heckscher Park must be secured for weather conditions.

Once your application is accepted you will receive a confirmation email & details regarding the festival weekend.
